What happens to what you send us.
A short notice, because this website collects very little: an enquiry form, an email address to reply to, and the technical records any website produces.
What this notice covers
This notice explains what happens to personal information you provide through crestatech.io. It does not cover the Amicus or glidED applications, or any system we build for a client — those are governed by the agreement between Cresta Tech Solutions Inc. and the organisation concerned.
What we collect
We collect only what you send us, plus the technical records a website necessarily produces.
- Enquiry form: your name, work email address, company or organisation, the types of documents you describe, the workflow or pain point you write about, and optionally the number of users you expect.
- Email: anything you include when you write to us directly.
- Server and hosting records: request logs held by our hosting provider, which may include IP address, browser user agent, and timestamps, used for security and reliability.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party analytics or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies to serve and secure the site.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you, to understand whether we are a sensible fit for the work you describe, and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use enquiry content to train models.
Who else handles it
Enquiries are delivered to us by email through Amazon Simple Email Service, and the site is served by our hosting provider. Both process the information solely to provide those services to us. We do not share enquiry content with anyone else unless you ask us to, or the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence while it is relevant to the conversation and to our ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) you may ask to access, correct, or erase the personal information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Write to info@crestatech.io and we will respond. If you are in a jurisdiction that gives you additional rights, tell us and we will honour them.
Changes
If this notice changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
