glidED helps Philippine teachers and schools reduce administrative work through AI-assisted lesson planning, assessment processing, grading, school records, reports, and human verification.
What it does
The classroom runs on paper. The record has to be digital.
Teachers check papers, take attendance on a sheet, and are then expected to produce grades, forms, and reports from it. glidED starts at the photograph and ends at the record — with the teacher deciding what becomes official.
Capture is a phone, not a scanner
Teachers photograph a stack of papers between classes. Batch capture, processing, and review are one flow: shoot the stack, review what the system flagged, finalise.
Flagged, not silently accepted
Values below the confidence threshold are marked inline on the document and collected in a review widget on the teacher's dashboard, so nothing uncertain slips into a record unnoticed.
Approval before anything becomes official
AI-prepared grades, forms, and reports wait behind an explicit approval step. Philippine school policy requires a human verification gate before AI output can be authoritative; the product is built that way rather than annotated that way.
Planning artifacts that carry their provenance
Generated lesson plans, unit plans, and assessments carry an AI declaration and the teacher's signature, along with the reference material the generation drew on.
One record set, many roles
Teachers, school leaders, support staff, and administrators work on the same records with different permissions, scoped to their school.
The teacher's own material counts
Uploaded textbooks, teacher's guides, and reference documents are processed into the same structured layer, so later generation is grounded in what the school actually uses.
Verification
The teacher is the gate, not the fallback.
Confident results move on. Anything ambiguous is marked on the document itself and collected in one place, so clearing it is a decision rather than an investigation.
